Service Description

STAGE 3 – Improvers Stage 3 sessions focus on developing safe water entries, full submersion, and travelling up to 10 metres on both the front and back. Children will progress rotation skills and improve their water safety knowledge. To complete this stage, children will swim without flotation aids.
