Service Description

STAGE 1 – Beginners Stage 1 sessions are designed for children who are complete beginners. Lessons focus on introducing children to the water in a fun, safe, and supportive way. Children are encouraged to move independently around the pool, build confidence, and become comfortable with water on their face. These sessions help lay the foundations for future swimming skills.*Flotation aids will be provided. Please Note : If the swimming coach feels you have booked the wrong session you may be asked to move to a different time slot.
